AccessEAP is an Australian owned and not-for-profit organisation with over 30 years in the EAP industry. AccessEAP is very proud to be one of the founding members of the EAP industry in Australia. We have been working with client Saav Digital for past few years to build Employee facing EAP web application, admin area, mobile apps for employee. Web application allows employee to book counselling session with Counseller. Employee can join video, text chat and instant chat through web and mobile application. Counseller can also login to web application and join scheduled video/text chat and accept instant chat request. Admin can manage content, users and can download reports.
