1. If you are using our 24×7 Instance Salesforce Support product, then you can raise your refund claim within 30 minutes after the session end date/time. We will go through the session recording and investigate to determine if your request is valid. If yes, the refund will be issued in next 3 business days. If your refund request is found to be invalid, no refund will be issued and you will get a notification with a reason from our side for not issuing refund.
2. For the refunds related to any other software services and products, refunds will be handled on case by case basis. There is no minimum time duration to investigate and issue the refund. Having said that, we will try to close each such request as soon as possible.
